- In the event that your order gets returned due to an error on the provided mailing address, ATHRTY is not responsible for the order not being delivered. If the customer requests, ATHRTY will reship your order for a recalculated shipping fee. If your package is not returned, ATHRTY is not liable to replace or refund your order.
