How do pre-orders work?

Pre-order items are sent to our sent to our manufacturer for production.

Please allow up to 2-5 weeks for production and shipping.

Once your pre-order item is received from our manufacturer, we will quality assure your item before your pre-order item is shipped.

Ordering a pre-order and in-stock item

We ship your ENTIRE order in ONE shipment, which includes items that are in-stock.

If you do not wish to wait until pre-order products have finished production to receive your in-stock items, please order in-stock items SEPARATELY.

Pre order items are labeled accordingly. 

Refunds and Returns

We do not accept any refunds or returns. All sales are final. Thank you for your support!

Lost or Damaged Items

We are not responsible for any lost or damaged items during shipment.

Do you ship internationally?

At this very moment, we only ship to the US, we will offer international shipping in the very near future! We will updated everyone once international shipping goes live!
